A 10-month intensive for educators in years 0–5
1:1 instructional coaching anchored in our LIFTED Framework and guided by The Legacy Journal
Mentoring that sustains the teacher through emotional safety and belonging
Affinity spaces ensuring educators have a community from surrounding schools and districts
Access to mental health resources to ensure the educator becomes the most healed versions of themselves to continue the legacy.
