The Lifted Legacy Foundation exists to shift the public education ecosystem by strengthening and sustaining Black educators through culturally grounded coaching, wellness supports, affirming community, and leadership activation

VISION

We envision a public-school landscape where Black educators are celebrated, empowered, and supported to lead with longevity, wellness, and purpose while affirming young people, transforming schools and empowering communities.

IMPACT GOALS: By the end of the 2028-2029 academic year, The Living Legacy Foundation will

Drive a 20–30% increase in Black educator retention over three academic years by strengthening wellness systems, leadership pipelines, and school culture //

Strengthen annual retention among fellowship participants by at least 85% //

Equip 75% of participants to experience and report reduced burnout.
